Ten08 is advancing a high-deliverability salt cavern natural gas storage project in South Texas, strategically located with direct access to key Gulf Coast pipeline corridors. The facility offers fast-cycle flexibility that enhances system reliability, protects against supply and takeaway disruptions, and provides a powerful tool for basis and volatility management.
Downstream and Chemicals
Ten08 is advancing a Gulf Coast ammonia production facility positioned to capitalize on low-cost U.S. gas and advantaged access to export infrastructure. The project will deliver highly competitively priced ammonia globally, with optional carbon capture and sequestration to serve customers pursuing decarbonization across fertilizer, chemicals, and power markets.
Power Generation
Ten08 develops behind-the-fence natural gas–fired generation to deliver firm power on accelerated timelines for data center developers, power traders, and utilities. The approach mitigates grid congestion and interconnection risk while providing high-reliability capacity.
Capital for Development-stage Projects
Ten08 works with private equity and infrastructure funds to provide exits from development-stage situations that no longer fit within a closed-end fund framework. We offer flexible structuring to address fund-specific constraints and work with the current management team and within GPs’ constraints.
